HDC support is available for all clients.  The HDC support service includes up to 5 free monthly minor incidents for such minor issues as server reboots.  As HDC monitors the facility 24/7 with technical support staff, we are able to provide this level of service during all hours of the day.

Should a major server issue require extended technical support, then such service shall be charged out at a rate of $75.00 per hour plus applicable taxes.
